What the numbers work out to latest full year, FY2026
How to read this page
Restated means the company has re-presented its past accounts on a consistent basis for the offer document, so years can be compared. Profit after tax is what is left after all costs and tax; EBITDA is profit before interest, tax, depreciation and other income.
Growth rates look strong or weak depending on the year they start from, so the table shows every year. Return on equity and debt are measured on the balance sheet before the new money comes in; the issue changes both.
Limits to keep in mind
- The figures were read from the offer document by software and checked for internal consistency; confirm anything important against the document itself.
- The part-year column covers only some months and is not a full year, so it is left out of growth and margin figures.
- Terms such as the price band can change before the issue opens. The offer document and the exchange notice are the authority.
- Use of proceeds, promoter holding and peer comparisons are in the offer document and are not summarised here.
